How A Fanny Pack Is Custom Made

Many people don't know how a fanny pack is made. They thought it's very easy since they usually don't sell in a high price. Yes, they don't sell in a high price, but it's not the reason. Follow me up, let's see how a fanny pack has been custom made.


1. According to the material/color/parts required by the customer, we need to go to the market for the same or similar raw materials (including fabrics/parts etc).


About fabric: We need to check the fabric color, material, thickness and so on, to choose the most similar and suitable fabric which can meet customer’s request. The picture as below is the fabric color chart.



About fanny bag other components which is including quick release buckle, zipper, zipper head and so on. When we purchase them on the market, we also need to check their material/color/kind to meet customer’s request.


2. We will arrange to print customized pattern or logo when the raw materials are all purchased. If customer needs to custom printing pattern or logo, it is divided into two parts: ① Full patterns printing on all bag. ② Only print one logo on the bag.

The ways of customizing LOGO are as the picture below. We will arrange the production of LOGO according to the customized LOGO style required by customers. The way of printing logo or patterns include silk printing, hot transfer printing, digital printing etc. The LOGO way includes printing, embroidery, embossed, woven label, rubber label, metal label, washing label and so on.

3. At meanwhile, we arrange the dedicated designer to design fanny bag paperboard pattern, according to the design/ size or other parameter requirements. The paperboard pattern is composed of cutted paperboard pieces.

4. When designer finish paperboard pattern, he will cut the cloth according to paperboard pieces.


5. Finally, the designer sew all components together to a complete finished fanny bag.
