DESIGN
Draft a sketch of a bag. You can draw on a paper or on software. The more detailed draft you made, the comnunication is more easier.
If you don't want to create the sketch, you can search all the features from other bags and send them to us. We can combain them together.
Feel free to schedule a video call to clearify the design directly if needed.
SELECTION
Based on the sketch, we will have multiple rounds of in-depth discussions with you. Our sample masters will be joined by someone with over 20 years of luggage experience. Discuss design, materials and all the small part hardware.
When everything is clear, we will start sourcing or customizing all materials.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
When all the materials are ready, we actually start sample production. In this period, keep an eye on us. We may contact you at any time if sample production has any problem.
A "golden sample" done.
If you don't satisfied with the sample, we can discuss and arrange the second sample.
