The mold needed for mass production is made of iron. Different products, the corresponding mold is different. It's expensive to make a mold alone, the mold can not be modified after finished. If the product details are not changed, the mold fee is one-time. And there is no need to charge the mold fee for the same product again.

We usually need 7-10 days to make a sample and usually need 25-30 days to produce the bulk goods. Our order process is usually as follows: (1) After you pay the deposit, we will buy the materials immediately. (2) After the materials reach our factory, we will arrange workers to make goods; (3) After the goods are finished, we will arrange the quality inspector to check the quality of the goods; (4) After checking the goods, we will arrange workers to pack all the goods; (5) When we have packed all the goods, we will inform you to pay the balance;

We usually pack each product in a separate poly bag and then put them into cartons.

(1)The goods need to be shipped to the port, and it will take about 7 days to load the container. (2) After the cargo is loaded, the ship will sail for about 14 days. (3) After the goods arrive at your port, they need to be unloaded from the ship and then delivered by express company. It will take about 7 days.

Our company's rule is 30% deposit and 70% balance. The balance should be paid before we deliver the goods.

After you provide the picture of product quality problem, we can refund the corresponding product amount to you at any time.

We need to make an exclusive mold for each logo, and the materials used to make the mold are different for different styles of logo, so the price of each logo is different.

After you pay the deposit, you can ask us about the progress of the order at any time. You can send us a message, call us or make a video call. You can also send a third party to our factory to check the progress at any time. We will ship the goods immediately after you pay the balance. Then provide you with the logistics tracking number, you can check the shipment situation at any time.

The sample fee can be refunded if the total order amount reaches $5000.

The express fee is determined by the Courier Service Company according to the volume, weight, packing size and delivery time of the bag. We will give you the quotation given by the Courier Service Company.

Most of the products on our site are customized. Different customization requirements, product prices will be different, so the prices on the website are only reference price.

We accept a small quantity of customization. However, we only accept the customization of bag styles available in stock, and only accept custom Woven LOGO. Other customization requirements are not acceptable.

We support OEM/ODM (1) You can provide us with the design draft, then we will make the bag for you. (2) You can choose a bag in our website, we support you to customize your logo on the bag, and also support customization of size, color, structure and so on.

(1) Material suppliers have requirements on the quantity of materials we purchase; (2) In addition, if you need to custom the logo, the logo supplier also has requirements on the quantity of logo printing; (3) Our factory also has a quantity requirement of bulk production.

Because we need to make a mold for the sample before making it, the cost of the mold is very high. In addition, we also need to purchase materials separately for the sample. And it takes a lot of time and energy to find materials and other accessories. So our sample charge is already very low.
